Alexandra Dale is a dynamic beauty stylist and educator based in Boston, Massachusetts.
Represented by Ennis Inc., Alexandra serves clients throughout New England and New York. Her freelance work includes commercial and corporate video and photo shoots, portrait and headshot work. She also offers bridal makeup applications, educational seminars and lessons.

Alexandra Dale was raised in Western Massachusetts. After attending the Northfield Mount Hermon School, she graduated from Smith College with a degree in Studio Art. After graduating from Smith, Alexandra worked for Harvard University. Her makeup career began as Senior Makeup Artist at Sephora Prudential, she moved into an Education Coordinator position at Make Up For Ever, followed by serving as a Regional Artist for NARS Cosmetics. After honing her craft and developing a wide range of makeup artistry techniques, in 2015 she founded Alexandra Makeup Artistry.
There are two main philosophies that guide Alexandra’s approach to her beauty styling:
Alexandra strives to be a versatile, efficient and a creative beauty stylist, continuing to perfect the craft of makeup artistry and hair styling.
Approach client relations in the most communicative and collaborative way possible. Whether working with a photographer, video production company, a social media influencer or a bride, Alexandra’s makeup application and hair styling process is about hearing the needs and wishes of a client and translating them into the styling.
She collaborates with photographers on corporate head shots and business branding shoots, as well as images for designer look books, fashion blog posts and social media influencers content. Along with her commercial work, Alexandra conducts private makeup lessons and group tutorial workshops.
